So I have a cb in the morning and I would love to get another one set up in the afternoon. Obviously this late in the game very tough. But what should my e-mail read like?
Thanks!

Hi [ABC],
I will be in [city X] tomorrow for interviews. If you are interested, I would enjoy the chance to meet with you and some of your colleagues tomorrow afternoon/Wednesday/whatever.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
wants-job-real-bad.
[this note presumes some prior contact with the person receiving the email. if not, i would go for a little longer email.]

How did u know?
Thanks
What if I am just sending the e-mail to recruiting rep that I had previously mass mailed?

This late in the game I would call and ask.
Hopefully, it's harder for them to say "no." You know that you will get an immediate response (sometimes recruiters don't respond for days) and I think it shows more initiative.

Agree on calling. I used this strategy and always called. When the recruiter didn't pick up the phone, which happened in all cases except for one, I left a voicemail and then sent the email. I also mentioned in the email that I had left a voicemail. If the recruiter answers, they will want to check with the recruiting/hiring committee to determine if they want you to come in or not. But you will get a quicker response if you call.
