hi everyone,

i was a consultant before law school, and am now looking at big firm life. I am thinking I want to do either antitrust, FCPA, trade or intl arbitration as practice areas, but i am wondering how much travel the average associate does in practices of that nature? Not that travel would push me away or drive me towards it, i am just wondering because i have zero sense of what the reality is. Anyone have any thoughts?

From my understanding it usually depends on where you, the clients, and the controversies are.
