Willkie or Clifford Chance?

Both in NY. I'm interested in transactional work and loved the people at both. Please include why.

I know nothing about clifford chance, but I really really loved Willkie. Beautiful offices, really nice and laid back people, cute girls. I'm sad I'm not going there.
