Wilmer, Cov or A&P? (DC)

I am hoping to eventually make my way to government... somewhat interested in antitrust/litigation... even though it is ranked below wilmer and covington, would it be crazy to take a & p over those two?

They are peer firms. Choose whichever one you want.

No, A&P is one of the top antitrust firms in the world and would provide more government connections in that area than Wilmer or Covington.

The head of A&P's
antitrust practice is the President's nominee to head up the antitrust division at DOJ.

Mind if I ask your approx school/gpa/ties? pretty sure I was rejected by all 3 post-CB and I'm wondering if it's my interviewing. Also, fwiw, I'd likely have gone with A&P!

I have a personal bias that favors A&P, but in reality all three are good for later transitions into government. With these firms in DC, I would base my decision on fit/culture.

This. I summered at A&P, but seriously considered Covington when I was making up my mind. Go with your gut and try and find the best personal fit.
That being said, I loved A&P, and highly, highly recommend it as a firm.
