How long to follow up with firm?

I received an offer yesterday. My first choice firm hasn't gotten back to me, although my CB was two weeks ago. When should I follow up with this firm and should I tell them 1. I have an offer and need to get back within nalp guidelines? and 2. The name of the firm the offer's with?
