Summer Clerkship
This may be a dumb question, but what is the difference between a summer associate position with a firm and a summer clerkship with a firm?

SA = Position which employer hopes will result in them hiring you post-grad
Clerk= Paid summer job that has little promise of becoming a post-grad gig
Internship= Unpaid summer job
