Who do I contact?

I was thinking of contacting the attorney who called me to make the offer and then send a follow up email to the recruiting coordinator and cc the attorney I called and the hiring partner (who I have not met).

Is this typical protocol?

Doesn't matter. What you proposed sounds fine though you don't need to CC the hiring partner (just send an email to or call recruiting).
