Does anyone have any experience with taking a leave of absence after OCI and transferring?

I am thinking aout this option and would like to know

a) possible
b) how do employers look at you
c) what to do with the year

I want to transfer not only because OCI went poorly for me but because I want EC and am currently at a WC regional. Thanks!

Revitalizing this old post because I am interested in the answers OP once sought. Any thoughts? Can this be done effectively?
