Milbank v. WilmerHale v. DPW v. Cahill v. Shearman

I'm incredibly lucky to have gotten offers from the following firms for their NY offices. My background slants me in favor of litigation but I would be open to doing corporate work as well. I know Milbank's and Cahill's corporate practices are very strong and a lot of their work is tied to New York's financial markets, but I'm concerned that if the markets go belly-up, all the work is going to dry up. I like Shearman's international aspect, but I've heard (unsubstantiated) rumors that the firm's health is not the most stable. Wilmer's new NY office is absolutely beautiful (some of the views from the associates's offices are ridiculous). However, the office as a whole is on the very small side, which should translate into more personal attention and on-the-job training, right?

In terms of culture/personality, I think I'm a better fit at DPW, though a common complaint there is that people are nice to the point that they'll withhold constructive criticism for fear of hurting your feelings. Can anyone respond to that?

Honestly, I would be okay with all of these places, but I'd like to know if one of them stands out above the rest.

If you think the best culture fit is DPW, that makes this a pretty easy choice IMO.
