Anecdotally, things are down slightly this year from last. Among the people I know, those at the top had good options, but those in the middle were a step below the vibe I saw last year.

Last year there was one big thread people posted in, rather than starting there own.

CDO from my t20 says a lot of people with top 1/4th grades are striking out unexpectedly.
