I read elsewhere that right now may be too early. I have everything ready to go but wonder if I should wait until a bit later?

I am talking about firms with less than 50 employees that don't do OCI.

Any thoughts?

I would say firms of 20-50 lawyers starting October 1 or November 1 and firms of 1-20 lawyers starting February 1.
