I have to choose between corporations and conflicts of laws for the spring (due to class conflicts).
I will be working for a large firm in the midwest. Probably doing a little bit of everything - litigation, corporate, etc.
What class will prepare me better for my SA gig? Forum

Corporations or Securities Regulation. Those two classes will help, but even then not by a huge amount. Corporations is stuff you should know regardless, but you can pick it up on the job.
