following up after screening interview

Interviewed with a V100 firm which I'm very in the mix for grade-wise, and I thought the interview went really well. Its been over a week and I haven't heard anything, nor have I heard of anyone else getting a ding or a callback. I'd like to follow up, but I'm unsure how to do so. Should I contact the guy I interviewed with or the recruiter? Also, what exactly should I write in the email besides, I'm contacting you to express my continued interest in so and so LLP.
