What are the strengths of Weil, Skadden, Proskauer, Latham, and Jones Day's Boston offices? Are they all considered satellites, and are some considered stronger than others?

All I know is that Jones Day is brand new. Like, created in the past year or so.

The Skadden office seems to be well-regarded and very established in its own right, more so than the others on your list.

Weil is mainly PE, with some related lit.
Latham is real new and only has transaction and no lit, though they could bring in lateral lit partners and build that practice any day now.
Jones Day is also really new; Skadden has been there longer/is more established.

In Boston, PR is probably better. I think they're rated higher in Private Equity and Financing. Weil's NY office beats PR's Ny office.
