It's over, man. These one-offs looking for attorneys aren't going to cut it. It is time to put Big Law on the burner and think about non-law or public defender or shit you would have never done before. If you are waiting for firms, you are going to be on the sidelines possibly forever.

Job Description
Investment Banking Associates play an integral role on investment banking teams. At Baird Associates provide execution support for public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for clients in one of five broadly defined industry verticals. Associates lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation. Associates hone their skills by working closely with senior bankers as well as senior executives of the firm’s corporate and private equity clients on a variety of transactions. Quickly after joining the firm, Associates are expected to play a significant role in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships.

Qualifications
Candidate attributes that Baird values superior intellect, demonstrated leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, effective team play and a commitment to excellence. Candidates must display proven analytical skills and an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Additionally, candidates must have three to five years of work experience.
