It seems to be all about fit. In fact, I was specifically told they don't care about GPA at this point. If they gave you the callback, your grades have made the cut.
On this point, has anyone heard back from them yet w/ offers/rejections?

I know they were still doing CBs this week. They meet at the end of each week, but the candidates interviewed during the middle of the week might not be assessed until the end of the following week, according to the recruiter. Umm no. I scheduled my CB the day I got the call (the day after my screener) and got in on the earliest date available. I go to a school where MB heavily recruits for its NY office. Everyone I know here with CBs is this week or next.
