I got an offer on the spot, but I went on my CB during second week of august before most of the other scheduled CBs. I've heard there's a 50/50 chance of getting an offer, at least for candidates who go to T-14 schools. Just be super friendly during the CB. They really care about personality.

I had a CB with Willkie on August 27 and have not yet heard anything. I do not go to a T14 school, however, so my timeline may be different. I presume that they are waiting to consider people from my school until after they have a sense of the acceptance to offer ratio from the T14 candidate pool. Or maybe my rejection letter got lost in the mail.
