Publishing in a lower-ranked journal. Worth noting?

I recently got published in a pretty low journal. It's accessible on Westlaw and Lexis, but it's ranked pretty low nonetheless; it doesn't get cited too often, and isn't a flagship journal. Do you think it's worth noting the publication in my resume?
Perhaps the answer will differ by type of employer (e.g., government, law firm, nonprofit, etc.). I'm interested in them all, so any insight will be helpful. Thanks!

I'm worried about opportunity cost and dilution. First, would putting this publication on my resume take up space that could be used for something more profitable? Second, will having this journal take away from the overall value or attractiveness of my application?

Legitimate concerns, IMO. Details will affect my opinion on this.

Are you fucking kidding? Unless you are being published in the Cooley Journal of Basket Weaving Law, put it on your resume.

Wait, what? Cooley is ABA-accredited. Full steam ahead.

You have a point. The ABA's seal of approval is a rare and meaningful honor.
