Turning down a permanent offer
I split last summer, have two offers. I liked both firms, have actual friends at both who I will likely see in the future in both professional and casual settings, and would like to keep things that way. I just know I will be happier at one firm. Any advice for how to handle turning one down politely? Whom should I call, for example? Thanks!
