How come you get 3 offers already but you've only done two CBs?

I couldn't be happier about the move.

I think you misread my post. I have six callbacks, but have only completed 4. Of those four, I received four offers (three at the time of my last post).

Two remaining callbacks next week.

Ok, I think I am done. I have three firms I am waiting to hear from, but I am assuming dings...

Original LS rank: T30
Original LS GPA/CR: 3.8x, Top 5%
Transfer School tier: HSY
Journal: On LR at old school
OCI Screening Interviews: 29
Mass Mail Screeners: x
Callbacks: 16
Callbacks accepted: 11
Offers: 6 (1 V5, 1 V10, 2 V15, 1 V25, 1 V80) (yes, I know, arbitrary V-breakdowns)

I'm pretty sure most / all transfers are happy. Especially if you think of yourself as a good interviewer, you should transfer!

Original LS rank: T3
Original LS GPA/CR: 3.8, Top 1%
Transfer School tier: DCNG
Journal: On LR at old and new school
OCI Screening Interviews: 24
Mass Mail Screeners: 6
Callbacks: 6
Callbacks accepted: 6
Offers: 4 CBs done so far. Silence. 2 CBs and 2 screeners to go.
Dings: Millions.

I really thought LR would help me get more attention as a transfer, but at best, firms seem really surprised that a T3 transfer wrote on. In terms of job prospects, I feel like I would have had an offer now at a firm in my old market had I stayed at my old school, but I am otherwise happy with my transfer school and new location. I also think I am a bad interviewer. I am very outgoing and an easy conversationalist, but some of the more difficult questions catch me off guard.
