Couple of years ago, I did their super day and it took forever to get my offer (like a month?)

Last year, from callback to offer, it was about a day for me. This was in late August/early September for the SF/Palo Alto offices. I don't think my callback was a "super day" but it was for IP.

I got an offer today but I wasn't able to make one of the IP Super Days so I interviewed a few days earlier. However, hopefully that means everyone else will be hearing back soon, too.

Anyone have a sense of the CB to offer ratio for Kirkland Chicago? Or these IP Super Days more specifically?

My year was at least 2 of 3 for the IP day. Got the offer mix-late Sept.

I know someone who interviewed on the 8/20 IP Super Day in Chicago and got an offer 8/22.

Do they offer some people first and then if those people don't accept they offer others they interviewed on the Super Days?
