Tri-state Diversity Fair (Covington, KY)

Anybody have experience with this fair? Are there actually any jobs to be had, or is it a waste of time?

I was surprised how few firms are coming and how it's gone from a full day event in the past to a half day event this year. Also, sad that P&G isn't there this year.
