Re: Legal recruiters looking at your linkedin after screener
The real question is did you click back?
omg need a new poll question
Should I click back on a recruiter's LinkedIn?
A. Yes. Just as important as a post-screener thank you note. Dinged if you don't.
B. No. That is creepy and not alpha enough. Dinged if you click.

Re: Legal recruiters looking at your linkedin after screener
This would be TCR. However, I did not interview with the person checking out my profile; I interviewed with two partners. The person looking at my profile was the firm's recruiting coordinator. This is the main reason why I think it means a callback is coming. I'm thinking the partners told him what a 180 I am, and he's just checking out the linkedins of upcoming callbacks this weekend. We'll see, though.padthai wrote:it's prob to remind themselves of who you were (via your photo)

If you look at your profile there should be a box on the right side of the page that tells you.letsdoit wrote:how do we find out who viewed our profile?
