Mass Mailing Question: Am I too late?

Just sent out (snail mail) almost 300 mass mailers to SF/SV, LA, and NYC. When should I follow up with an email or phone call? Slightly below median at lower T14.

did you target small/mid firms? i feel like i have trouble finding firms even with nalp, resume launch pad, martindale because i am no where near that number and have it hit up those same markets
