I had screening interviews today. Do I write a thank you email today or tomorrow?

Whether you do it today or tomorrow, make sure it's in all caps.

Serious response: Screening interview never require thank you emails. Callbacks probably don't, but some disagree.

Thank you emails are annoying. I didn't send a single one, with or without regular capitalization. There's a split of opinion, but the smart money is on don't send.
