Do all CBs/dings go out at the same time for each school?

Just wondering how to interpret how I'm doing, compared to everyone else. Do firms give out rejections and callbacks for everyone at a schiol @ the same time? If I have a callback at Firm X, but my friend hasn't heard anything yet, does that mean he's out? If I get a ding but my friend receives nothing, does that mean he might be in?

1-2 days for big NYC firms. So far, every firm I haven't heard from in 1-2 days after CBs started going out, I've been dinged.

No.
Don't try to read the tea leaves. Weird things happen.
Yes, some firms move quickly, but basically no firm moves simultaneously. And "quickly" here doesn't mean 24 hours on the dot, it means within a business day or two, most of the time.

But firms should give out all the callbacks they're giving at a school on the same day, right?

Stop worrying about shit you can't control. Especially how your friends are doing. Apply for more jobs.
