What is the median first year taking in total compensation? what about min. and max for a 1st year?

Depends on hours worked. Bonuses are directly proportional ( I think its a fairly large %, something like 30%). Base salary is 174 I think but you can verify on nalp.

Bottom line is that its probably the top pay in the industry, but you won't have a ton of control on the bottom end and your constraint at the top is based on your capacity and willingness to work more hours.

I've heard it works out to roughly $100 per hour billed. Maybe someone can confirm or deny this?

Why does it matter? It will almost always be more than anywhere else.
