Speaking of sublets: I have a 2BD/2BA that I need to sublet for the summer in Washington Square West. Smaller building, great location w/ modern appliances/fixtures, etc. Let me know if you're interested.

1 or 2 bedroom available in three bedroom row house, center city. $600 month + bills (usually around 70, including cable and internet). staying roommate is professional female and prefers women only
