I interviewed last week for a mid sized firm that told me that they were starting OCI this week, but since I was in the area they would bring me in a bit early. That was last Monday. I sent thank you's to all of my interviewers and thought it went pretty well, but have not heard back yet.

When do I send a follow up about next steps?

Never. They'll contact you. It could take months.
