What to include in writing sample

I am using my moot court appellate brief, and I'm unsure of what to include.

Right now, the font is Courier New. I assume I should change this to Times New Roman?

Once I do, the "Argument" is 7 pages. Should I leave it at that with a cover page briefly explaining the facts? Should I include the "Facts" section to bring it to a little under 10 full pages? What about "Proceedings Below"?

I'm just generally unsure about what's necessary and what's not.

Thanks!

Just include the argument. Yes, you need a cover page with whatever background knowledge is necessary. If it's not already double spaced, use the pages you have left under 10 to get as much white space as you can in there (obviously don't go above double spacing).
