Anyone know anything about this firm? Selectivity, lifestyle, strengths? They don't seem very diverse; what's their hub?

Saw dem jerb postings eh?
They don't normally hire new lawyers, and they don't run a year-to-year summer program. I'm not so sure beyond that. I seem to recall they do a fair amount of lit and L&E work, but I could be absolutely wrong.

Their hub is Cleveland, with a strong presence in Cincinnati. Corporate is a sweatshop (for the Midwest), from what I hear. Lit is a better lifestyle, although I’m not sure what the quality of work is like. Their recruiting prided themselves on diversity, but—without going into detail—they’ve said some baffling things. TBF, in the market in which they operate, there are some very weird hiring practices.
