Seems the larger firms (Jones Day, Troutman, Kilpatrick, etc.) have made their callbacks while the mid-size to smaller firms are waiting till they finish OCI's.

So when is the last OCI at southern schools that med/small firms is waiting for? is Vandy's oci the latest?

SEMJF is the first interviewing opportunity for the vast majority of firms. My experience was that large firms offer callbacks shortly after the interview in an effort to callback promising students. Smaller/Mid-sized firms, however, will wait until they complete their OCIs and judge everyone together and then offer callbacks.

I wouldn't be surprised if some students don't get extended callback interviews until mid-September.
