Have an interview with this office. I know it's small, but can you provide any info about the make-up of the summer class? (schools, rank, from SF/SV)

Summer class is just over half a dozen people. Mostly Stanford/Berkeley and a couple of random T14. The office has 36 associates, and 28 are HYSCCN+B. Not sure if particularly selective, but they don't seem to need to go outside those to fill their recruiting needs.

Was told Covington NY gave offers to all its summers today.

I'm calling this 2L recruiting and not offer-bragging:
Kaye Scholer NY gave 100% legit offers a few days ago.

Ropes BOS 100% offers (except for the returning former-1L summers still completing their final 3 weeks).

Cahill made 100% offers a few days ago, a friend told me

multiple rounds of offers will happen at fenwick because of staggered start/end times. looks like next week, the week of aug 6th and then the end of aug.

with the exception of a few summers still working through the next 1-2 weeks - confirming 100% offers at fried frank

100% offers for all Shearman summers a few days before the end of the summer program.

as i predicted the first fenwick offer went out yesterday.

Jones Day NY made 100% offers today

Got offer today but my firm also no offered at least 2 great people. Makes me like them a lot less.

Before anyone asks, I'm not yet ready to out the firm.

This is concerning, and what i expect to happen at my firm in the very near future. You describe them as "great people," do you know (have any idea) what led the firm to no offer them (work product, fit, etc.)? And I know that when my firm arbitrarily or at least unfairly no offers a few in my class that I'll also like the firm far less, possibly to the point of hustling to change firms (provided I am not one of the no offers in the first place).
