I didn't see the individual's work myself, but I know that the individual was talked to by multiple attorneys at various times throughout the summer about concerns over work. If the underlying question is whether the firm was looking to no offer someone, I'm confident the answer is no. They told us repeatedly, and convincingly, that there were spots for all of us and they offered help and additional training when people struggled.

Offers rolled out for LA. I don't know if there were any no-offers. The buzz a week ago was there may be one or two.

Rumors of a no-offer (not cold offer, actual no-offer) at STB NY, for fit reasons. I don't know who it might be and don't have 100% confirmation, though.

I heard from someone who was an SA that they way over-hired for the summer in NYC, so this does not surprise me. My source was worried about it when offers were coming it.

TX split-summer here. Just got an offer from first-half firm.
Austin!

Q: Do I tell second-half firm about it to force the issue? I've still got several weeks left before I'm done here at second-half firm?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
