Do they have a summer program, and if yes, how selective are they? What grades from Fordham are necessary to have a realistic chance at getting an interview? Thanks

It's not an official "summer program."

They pay $25 / hour, and don't give full time offers at the end of the summer. If they like you, they'll ask you to come back and work for them during the school year. Full time offers usually go out around early July after your 3L year.

If you know anyone there, it's super easy to get an interview - they love referrals. Plus employees get a $500 bonus for referring people, so it shouldn't be too hard to find someone to refer you.

If not, I don't think they're selective at all in who they interview - you just need to make a credible case for wanting to do corporate immigration law. Having taken an immigration class or participated in any immigration-related extracurriculars will help you. That said, make sure you follow up repeatedly with whoever is in charge of recruiting. They have gone through like 3 recruiters in the past year, and have a habit of hiring recruiters that are aloof/non-resposive, for whatever reason.

Not sure exactly, but I have heard stuff from $110k-$140k. I know they let a ton of people go a few years ago in the thick of the recession, and compensation has changed since then.

They are definitely growing now - constantly hiring new people, recently expanded to a new floor, etc.

All of which is to say - I wouldn't trust anything less than 1 year old, but I would expect something around the 110-140 range.
