Can anyone access the application? The site says the period is between the 31st and 4th, however, it also says we can prefill the application.

You can set up your account on the application site but once you do that it says "Please note that you will not be able to begin the application process until the application period opens."

EDIT: You can fill in your info into your profile on the application website. Not sure if it will transfer seamlessly into the app though.

Has anyone started the app? How many characters are you actually using to discuss your job experiences? 4000 seems like SO much! Are you doing it resume-style w/o referring to yourself or writing complete sentences? Thanks!

Try to write something beautiful but inscrutable. Think Ulysses.

If it works like other government agencies, you will get a good review if you fill up the space, but no one will ever read it.
