Resume Question
How would you go about adding high grade in a class to your resume if that class doesn't have a book award attached?

Re: Resume Question
I don't think you would. Your GPA/rank would speak to that, no?

Re: Resume Question
Some of the sample resumes from my school's career office show them listed, but all the examples are classes with a book award. I'd like to be able to list it if I can. GPA is at median now, but was lower last time class ranks were calculated and they won't be calculated again until next spring.Anonymous User wrote:I don't think you would. Re: Resume Question
Our school had CALI awards for highest grade in a class, which is basically just a way of adding it onto your resume as an "award" even if there's no book award attached to it.
Don't know if your school has something similar--if not, then I don't know how you'd add it without sounding stupid. Suppose if you really wanted to, you could add a line that said "highest grade in x" but I'd probably ask career services if that's something advisable... I wouldn't suggest it.

Yeah, that's probably the best bet.Anonymous User wrote:Our school had CALI awards for highest grade in a class, which is basically just a way of adding it onto your resume as an "award" even if there's no book award attached to it.
