Top Law Schools

I know this is really a tough question because it must change from firm to firm, but roughly how long would one expect to wait after applying for a 2013 SA job and hearing back from the firm? How long until a follow up?

Ex. I sent in an app last week and was wondering if I should have heard something by now.
