If it's a NALP firm, it's on the firm's entry on http://www.nalpdirectory.com. Otherwise, check their website, some firms list it in the recruitment section.

Follow up question-how often do the NALP posted billables comport with reality? I've heard that you usually have to bill a lot more than listed.

If you go to the database, it usually shows what the billable requirement is, and also shows what the average associate actually bills.
