3L Clerkship Chances- GPA Above Median, T14 school

- Didn't get a job from EIW, did corporate law work this summer, and interned for a district judge after 1L year.
- GPA is a 3.4, executive board position on journal- not law review.
Really only want to practice in NY or DC area. Not even bothering applying for federal in NY, what are my chances for state court? Chances for any spot in DC?
