How to bid for "no multiple interviews?"

When a firm has 2 or more listings for different locations, how does one bid for them?
I'm guessing that the "Los Angeles" and "New York" bid get separated and sent to different people. So what if we're interested in both offices? Law school is near one office, and home is near the other. Do we just bid for one, and in the "preferred location" box, enter the other office? Do they make you choose one if selected for both locations?
Anyone know exactly what to do in this case? I don't want to waste bids, but if they're going into different pools, seems like it would be a good idea to bid both??
