Thoughts? What's the work culture like? Hours? Some sites say arrogant bro culture, others say laid back and friendly. I'm trying to decide between them and one other firm, but I don't know anyone at GT with insider knowledge.

OP here - I'm concentrating on SE so any of the FL offices or maybe Atlanta. I saw the article on ATL about the Miami office's mishap, but that's all I have on any of the FL offices.

GT does pay market in NY (for first year; not sure how it works out later due to the black box arrangement). Also, if you're interested in staying put past your fifth year, they do convert people they don't make partners into 'off counsel.' Not sure how much of a plus that would be for you, but I guess it's worth noting that it's quite the typical biglawl 'up or out' model.
