Cover Letter Template

Does anyone have a cover letter template for mass mailing firms that explains that you'll be in "so and so location" on "so and so dates" and would "very much like the opportunity to meet with them to discuss an SA position for the following summer" blah, blah, blah, etc, etc, etc...

Duke has a great pdf that's like 70 pages long that includes multiple templates. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'm sure you'll find it.
