2012 Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Career Fair?

I was excited to sign up for this until I saw that there's a $200 registration fee for law students to sign up...is anyone doing this or has anyone done it in the past who can shed some light on how useful it was? Sounds a bit ridiculous to me to not be able to at least see a confirmed employer list before plopping 2 bills for a chance at a career fair...
