Depends on the firm and will likely be case by case. Also, most double clerkship bonuses are either a single $50k or $70k. But, FWIW, 99% of people would be far better served by a circuit+district rather than a circuit+circuit unless: (a) circuit+circuit = geographic COA + Fed Cir or (b) circuit+circuit is followed by SCOTUS (or a Climenko/Bigelow fellowship or a VAP).
