Help me with my bid list?

HLS, above median but not by much (I think). I'm only interested in DC or Boston, litigation focus. I don't have great ties to either city but I've spent summers working in both and if I don't get a job through EIP I don't really care... it's more important to me that I end up in one of the two. I haven't figured out how to order these yet, so any suggestions of what should be near the top are appreciated, as well as firms to consider adding or taking off. It feels a bit sparse so... Gracias!!
Arnold & Porter
hogan lovells
O'Melveny & Myers
Kirkland & Ellis
Gibson Dunn
Williams & Connolly
Covington & Burling
Ropes & Gray
Morrison & Foerster
Mintz
Boies Schiller Flexer
WilmerHale
Jones Day
Mayer Brown
Holland & Knight
Paul Hastings
Goodwin proctor
Jenner & Block
Bingham McCutchen
Brown Rudnick
Foley & Lardner
Sidley Austin
Patton Boggs
Wiley Rein
Edit: they are now in tentative order. I'm interested in splitting the summer, so the firms that say they allow that are at the top.
