feeder judges/districts for federal circuit clerkship

is it safe to assume that any "patent" filled districts are good feeders?
Delaware, E.D. Va., and N.D. Cal.? Sucks that all of these are tough to crack.

in addition you might try any of the judges that recently signed onto the Patent Pilot program, and also the Court of International Trade too...at least 2 judges on the Fed Cir. used to be on the Court of Int'l Trade.
