Resume Help! (Working on ongoing project)

Long Story Short: I am writing a big fancy court document that is good for the resume. However, it will not be complete by the time the potential employer I'm emailing will require the resume. Should I use the present tense, past tense (despite not being true) or leave it off (despite being awesome)?
Which is more acceptable? (Assume the rest of resume is in past tense)
Example A: "Drafting Motion for Summary Judgment in Underwater Basket Weaving Litigation"
or
Example B: "Drafted Motion for Summary Judgment in Underwater Basket Weaving Litigation"
or
Example C: "*Something completely different but not as impressive.*"
