anyone know what a first year makes? a 4th year?

Clearly depends on the office. But I suspect they pay market at each office.

what would a firm like this pay in chicago? 90k? 100k?

Starting salary is $65k–100k depending on the office.

I've heard between $130-145k for Southern Cal offices. Can anyone confirm?

did you have a screener already? did they do OCI at schools?

I had a screener and CB. They did a resume collect at my school.

How did you come up with that figure? I can't seem to find a reliable source for their salary information. It's weird that a firm this large isn't in the NALP directory.
