Roughly what % in your class does a 3.41 put you?

No idea, M doesn't rank. The estimate on these threads seems to suggest top 1/3rd.
Median is ~3.2.

Tag. Also interested in this as I'm at M with a slightly lower gpa. I'd also guesstimate that 3.4 is around top 1/3.

Also wondering about how to approach interviews with one firm rep that is hiring for multiple offices. I'm interested in bidding NY & DC firms: if the firm is interviewing for both offices do I tell them I'm interested in both (too much waffling?), or outright choose one? Choosing is tricky because I'd prefer DC but class sizes and GPA ranges in NY are more accommodating.

Nope, not really. This summer I'm doing litigation and I enjoy the research and writing but I think I might be better suited for transactional work in terms of personality fit (not a very adversarial person) and geographic scope (potential for moving overseas).
But
